Why do a lot of items only have a small stock?
-Due to the fact items are printed to order and I don’t have a warehouse of items, I list most items with a minimal stock to avoid getting flooded with orders. If a particular item is out of stock please contact me for details, I may be able to restock it for you. There are also occasionally items that are quite large, or otherwise available either by request only, or are not available for purchase for specific reasons.

Can I get a custom item or an existing item with custom colors?
-Yes! I enjoy designing custom items, and while the 3D printing process itself has certain limitations, contact me and I’ll see if it’s something I can do! Simple color swaps on existing items can be requested in the personalization area when ordering on my store page as well.

How do I care for my item?
-Click for a copy of the Care Instructions. The most sensitive thing in most items are the electronics, particularly the battery (if included in your item), however temperature is also something to keep in mind as PLA has a relatively low softening point around 140-160°F. This can quickly become relevant if left in direct sunlight or in a hot car for example. PLA is also generally quite strong but relatively brittle, especially if very thin, and is vulnerable to sudden impacts.

I dropped my item and a piece came off!! Help!!
-Hopefully this means a part just popped off along a seam. PLA can be glued using just about any plastic-safe adhesive such as Superglue, Duco Cement, or similar household adhesives. For items that arrive damaged in shipping please contact me right away and send pictures of the damage.
